About this place
Tupelo Buffalo Park & Zoo is a 210-acre park and zoo home to more than 260 animals, including a large herd of American bison roaming open fields. Kids can take a drive-through safari in the family car to see buffalo, zebras, camels, ostriches, and Watusi cattle up close, then explore a reptile exhibit, petting zoo, and playgrounds. The grounds also have a picnic area for family lunches and pavilions that can be reserved for birthday parties and other events. An on-site gift shop sells animal-themed souvenirs, and the park offers seasonal events, educational programs, and year-round family memberships for repeat visits.
