A historic brick house from 1716 in Portsmouth, offering guided tours of an 18th-century family home. Visitors walk through rooms decorated with original wood paneling and four colonial wall murals, some of the oldest in the country, following the stories of six generations who lived there. The house is open Thursday to Sunday from late May through October, with the last tour at 3:30pm. The gardens surrounding it are free to visit daily.
A membership to The Warner House Association carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
