“This is my Garden of Eden … the realization of dreams that I had when I was a lad.” –Gustav Stickley Craftsman Farms was the early 20th century rustic country estate of Gustav Stickley, who, in his combined roles as furniture maker, architect, and publisher, became the leading voice of the Arts and Crafts movement in America. An embodiment of the Craftsman style he popularized, the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms still reflects the simplicity, integrity, and harmony with nature that he saw as an antidote to modern life. Today, the site is a gem of Parsippany, NJ, comprising nine original buildings on thirty tranquil acres. At its heart is the Log House, Gustav Stickley’s architectural masterpiece.
A membership to The Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
