The Historical Society of Moorestown is a volunteer-run organization housed in the Smith-Cadbury Mansion, a historic house in town that serves as both a museum and library. Families can tour the mansion to see period rooms and rotating historical exhibits. The on-site library holds local documents, photographs, maps, yearbooks and genealogical records. The society runs special spring tours for third graders and offers programs for home-schooling families. The organization also hosts guest lectures throughout the year on various historical topics.
A membership to The Historical Society of Moorestown carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
