About this placeThe Meadows Museum is an art museum on the SMU campus in Dallas dedicated to Spanish art, built from a private collection donated in 1962 by businessman Algur H. Meadows. Kids can view works spanning the 10th through 21st centuries, including medieval objects, Renaissance and Baroque sculpture, and paintings by Spanish Golden Age and modern masters. The museum runs education programs for K-12 schoolchildren and teachers as part of its outreach work. Admission is free for anyone 18 and under, as well as for museum members and SMU faculty, staff, and students, making it an easy stop for families.
A membership to Meadows Museum, SMU carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
