About this placeThis park lets families drive their own vehicle along a four-mile route through open habitats where North American animals such as elk, white-tailed deer, bison and waterfowl roam freely. Beyond the drive, there are about two miles of walking trails through areas like Wolf Woods and Frog Lake for kids who want to stretch their legs and spot wildlife on foot. The park also runs behind-the-scenes experiences tied to its cheetah and Amur tiger breeding programs, plus outdoor education programs, guided outdoor adventures, camping nights with campfire stories, and field trips for school groups. General admission is $14 for ages 12 and up, $12 for children 3 to 11, $13 for seniors 65 and older, and free for children 2 and under, with discounted military rates available. A new walk-through attraction, Dinosaurs Unearthed: A Trek Through Time, is set to open in spring 2026 alongside the drive-through safari.
