This museum in Dana, Indiana preserves the birthplace and legacy of journalist Ernie Pyle, who reported from the front lines during World War II. Visitors can tour Pyle's restored childhood home and see exhibits about his life and wartime correspondence. The site tells the story of a celebrated reporter who documented the experiences of ordinary soldiers and was killed in action in 1945 at age 44.
