About this place
A public art gallery in Greater Sudbury that shows contemporary and historical work by artists from the region, province and beyond. Visitors can look at exhibitions of visual art, take part in art-making activities, and explore the gallery's collections online through a searchable digital portal that includes over 800 artworks and artifacts. The gallery also runs an education program and sells work by Canadian artists in its shop. The gallery's operations are currently spread across temporary locations while a new building is being constructed downtown.
