About this place

An art museum in Hamilton with a permanent collection of nearly 12,000 works spanning Canadian historical, international and contemporary art. Families can explore galleries featuring pieces by artists including the Group of Seven, Emily Carr, Keith Haring and Edward Burtynsky. The gallery runs public tours on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings, plus offers family activities, studio classes for children and adults, school programs, and special events throughout the year.
