Wild Acres Ranch

Wild Acres Ranch is a small family-run petting zoo where children can get up close with goats, camels, ostrich, kangaroos, cows and llamas. Feed buckets start at $10 so kids can hand-feed the animals during a visit that typically lasts around 30 minutes. The ranch also sells locally grown produce like corn, tomatoes, watermelon and cantaloupe, plus hay, straw and campfire wood. It bills itself as one of the lowest priced petting zoos in the area, though hours vary with weather and are subject to change.
