About this place
The Ice Sheet is an indoor ice arena at the Weber County Sports Complex on the Weber State University campus in Ogden, built in 1994 as a training venue for curling, ice hockey, and figure skating. Kids can join Learn to Skate sessions, which run in registration blocks throughout the year, to pick up the basics of skating on the ice. The facility also supports youth hockey programs, giving young players a place to practice and compete during the hockey season. Families looking for a winter sports activity beyond casual skating will find structured lessons and team programs here rather than just open recreational skate time.
