Riverside Reptiles Education Center

Riverside Reptiles Education Center is a reptile and amphibian zoo in Enfield where kids can get close-up views of more than 100 species, from Green Anacondas and King Cobras to Box Turtles, Aldabra Giant Tortoises, Dwarf Caimans, and American Alligators. The animals live in naturalistic enclosures across a 13,000-square-foot indoor facility, plus a seasonal outdoor turtle and tortoise habitat called Turtle Terrace. It is open year-round Tuesday through Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and welcomes families, school groups, camps, and scout troops, with discounted admission for groups of 15 or more. Beyond regular visits, the center hosts animal-themed birthday parties and school field trips, and offers annual memberships with unlimited visits and party discounts.
