Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A botanical garden in Federal Way holding the world's largest collection of rhododendron species. Visitors walk through gardens showcasing these plants alongside related species like mahonias, explore a tropical conservatory, and see a blue poppy meadow. A plant shop is on site. Picnicking is permitted on the Rutherford Conservatory Terrace. The garden asks visitors to avoid cell phones and electronic games, and pets cannot visit, though service animals with identification vests are welcome.
A membership to Rhododendron Species Botanical Garden carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
