A zoo on 64 forested acres in Portland's Washington Park, home to around 165 species. Families can see animals across the grounds, attend keeper talks, and join activities designed for children. The zoo runs conservation and education programs, and during summer months hosts evening events with live music and food vendors. Visitors may spot newly hatched pond turtles and see animals being fed seasonal treats like watermelon.
A membership to Oregon Zoo carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
