Mingei International Museum presents dynamic, changing exhibitions of historical and contemporary folk art, craft and design, fulfilling the Museum’s mission of “furthering understanding of art of people from all cultures of the world.” Exhibitions are composed of the finest examples of creative expression, allowing the objects to speak for themselves of the similarities and distinctions of individuals and cultures through the universal language of line, form and color.
