Free or discounted entry for members of ROAM.
An art museum located on Amherst College's campus housing a collection of more than 20,000 objects from across the world and different periods of history. Visitors can view rotating exhibitions alongside permanent displays including a recreated 17th century English room and ancient Assyrian carved reliefs. The museum offers free entry and runs educational programs throughout the year, with opportunities to see the full collection through an online database or by appointment to view pieces not currently on display.
A membership to Mead Art Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
