About this place
An LST (Landing Ship Tank) from World War II, now permanently docked in Evansville and open for guided tours. Visitors board the actual ship to explore exhibits about amphibious warfare, WWII history, and the vessel's own journey. Tours run hourly and last about an hour, with the final tour departing at 3pm. The ship also makes annual cruises to other ports. Interactive displays and artifact collections tell stories from the war era, and special exhibitions rotate to cover different aspects of WWII history.
