A 26-acre arboretum in Longview that showcases the plants and natural habitats of East Texas. Eleven acres are currently open to the public, with more areas planned as funding allows. Visitors can walk through the gardens, which sit between the convention complex and Grace Creek. Entry costs $5 per person, though children under six are admitted free. Members receive reciprocal benefits at over 380 gardens across North America.
A membership to Longview Arboretum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
