About this place

A museum telling the story of Folsom, California from the time of the Indigenous Nisenan people through to the present day. Visitors can explore permanent displays on local history alongside rotating exhibitions, such as the current showcase about the Folsom Rodeo and how the town has remembered its past. The museum operates alongside The Square, an outdoor living history area where families can try gold panning, watch a blacksmith at work, and see large mining and farming equipment from earlier eras.

If you are a member here

A membership to Folsom History carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.

Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
