Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A 380-acre nature conservancy near Charlotte with botanical gardens, walking trails, a lake shoreline, and a dog park. Families can explore the gardens, follow over eight miles of trails through forests and along the water, and visit the expanded children's garden with its interactive woodland play areas and upcoming three-story castle-themed playground. A café and new garden center are on site, and the trails connect to a regional network spanning multiple counties.
A membership to Daniel Stowe Conservancy carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
