Free or discounted entry for members of ROAM.
A museum housing over 70 pieces of historic rail equipment collected from railways across Connecticut and beyond, including trolleys, freight cars, locomotives, and passenger vehicles dating back to 1869. Visitors can walk among the collection and see examples from places including Brooklyn, Boston, New Orleans, and Rio de Janeiro. The museum preserves and restores these cars, with staff working on returning vintage trolleys to operating condition so families can ride them along the museum's right of way.
A membership to CT Trolley Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
