Free or discounted entry for members of ROAM.
A museum dedicated to preserving and operating historic trolley cars, located in East Haven, Connecticut. Visitors ride authentic electric trolleys on a 1.5-mile route through local salt marshes and can spot eagles and ospreys along the way. The museum holds over 90 restored transit vehicles and runs educational programs and special events throughout the year. Families start their visit at the Sprague Visitor's Center, where they can browse indoor exhibits before boarding a trolley and touring the restoration barns. Free parking is available on site.
A membership to The Shore Line Trolley Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
