About this placeCozens Ranch Museum preserves the restored buildings of an 1870s homestead and stagecoach stop along the Fraser River, where the Cozens family once ran a ranch, hotel, dining room, and the valley's first post office. Kids can walk through the historic structures and picture what life was like for pioneer travelers crossing Berthoud Pass, learning about stagecoach travel and ranching in the late 1800s. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is described as the only museum in the Winter Park-Fraser Valley area. The museum is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm, with admission of $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, $5 for children ages 6-17, and free entry for kids under 5, Grand County students with ID, and members.
A membership to Cozens Ranch carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
