Free or discounted entry for members of AZA Reciprocal Admissions.
A wildlife center near Denver housing thousands of free-flying butterflies from across the world in a tropical conservatory. Visitors walk through the warm, planted habitat to watch the insects up close and can observe butterflies emerging from chrysalises. The venue also features touch pools with sea stars and horseshoe crabs, exhibits on Mexican invertebrates and their cultural significance, displays about Colorado wildlife, and a natural play area for children. Optional paid experiences include a 30-minute encounter with Goldie, a golden knee tarantula, available Thursday to Sunday mornings.
A membership to Butterfly Pavilion carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
