About this place
Alhambra Valley Bowl is a longstanding bowling center in Alhambra that first opened in 1960 and reopened after a two-year renovation on November 30, 2025. Families can bowl a regular game any time the center is open, and on weekend nights the lanes switch over to Galactic Glow Bowling, starting at 9:30pm on Fridays and 6pm on Saturdays. The building keeps some of its original character, including old flooring uncovered during the remodel and a front desk with hidden images built into the slats. There is no on-site restaurant service noted yet, as the bar area is still being finished as part of the ongoing renovation.
