About this place
XLanes is a bowling and entertainment complex on the third floor of the Little Tokyo Galleria in downtown Los Angeles, spread across a 50,000-square-foot space. Besides bowling lanes, it has arcade games on a credit-card system, billiards tables, a restaurant, and four karaoke rooms that can be reserved by the hour. Shoe rentals are included with lane play, and validated parking is available in the building. Parents should note that the venue enforces ID checks and age minimums in the evenings, with guests required to be 18 or older after 7 PM Thursday through Sunday and 21 or older after 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, so it functions more as a daytime family option and shifts to an adult nightlife spot later on.
