About this place
Woodlawn Duckpin Bowling Center is a historic duckpin bowling alley in West Haven that has been in operation since 1954, making it one of the earliest duckpin lanes in the country. Kids can bowl on the original wood lanes with vintage automatic pinsetting equipment, giving the place an old-school feel even after a recent remodeling. The venue is known for hosting glow-in-the-dark birthday parties, a popular option for a kid's celebration. It has been updated over the years with handicap-accessible facilities, a rebuilt snack bar, new flooring, lighting and furniture, so families can grab a bite between games.
