About this place
An arts organization in Austin presenting visual and performing work by women artists from Texas and beyond. The gallery hosts exhibitions, performances, and film events, with visiting artists available to talk with visitors. Educational programs reach school children through gallery tours, workshops, and in-school performances. The organization has worked with more than 2,000 women artists since 1978 and produces catalogs examining each exhibition in depth.
