Urban Putt is an indoor mini golf venue in downtown San Jose with an 18-hole custom course themed around South Bay landmarks, including quirky obstacles like a crashed UFO and a shark that swallows golf balls. Families can play a quicker 9-hole round or take on the full 18 holes for a longer outing, and kids of all ages are welcome before 8 pm, when the venue switches to a 21-and-up crowd. Alongside the course there is a restaurant serving shareable plates, pizza, and burgers from a menu designed by a local chef, plus a 40-foot bar for cocktails and mocktails that can even be carried onto the course. The space also has a private mezzanine area that can host groups from about 25 up to 300, making it an option for birthday parties or larger celebrations.
