Up-Down STL

Up-Down St. Louis is an arcade bar with more than 60 classic games from the 80s and 90s, pinball machines, four skee-ball alleys, Nintendo 64 consoles, and life-size Jenga and Connect Four, with every game costing just a quarter to play. Most of the week it operates as an adults-oriented bar, but once a month it opens as a family event from 10am to 2pm on a chosen Sunday, letting kids join in on the arcade fun. Regular hours run afternoons into the early morning on weekdays and from 11am on weekends. The venue also serves house-made 18-inch pizzas by the slice alongside its craft beer and drink selection. Parents should plan around the scheduled family hours dates rather than dropping in on a regular day, since standard hours are geared toward an adult crowd.
