Uncle Sam Lanes

Uncle Sam Lanes is a bowling center in Troy set up for family outings, with bumper lanes that keep balls out of the gutter for younger kids. On select nights it runs Moonlight Bowling, dimming the lights and adding music and special-effects lighting for a nightclub-style atmosphere. The whole facility is smoke free, and open bowling runs seven days a week, from noon on Sundays and Mondays through late-night hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Game prices are lower before 5pm and rise slightly in the evenings, with shoe and sock rentals available for a few dollars each. Beyond casual bowling, the center hosts kids' birthday party packages, bowling leagues, tournaments, and fundraising events for groups and charities.
