Free or discounted entry for members of AHS Garden Network.
A 49-acre botanical garden and nature preserve in northwest Tucson, celebrating the Sonoran Desert's plants, wildlife, art and culture. Families walk scenic paths through themed gardens, see native plants and desert animals, and can visit an on-site museum shop and garden bistro. The site runs year-round cultural programs, classes and workshops. Grounds and most trails are wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs are available at the entrance. Service animals are welcome, though the natural terrain includes cacti and potentially dangerous wildlife like coyotes and rattlesnakes, so children need close supervision.
A membership to Tohono Chul carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
