About this place
Thunder Lanes is the bowling center inside Palace Pointe in Roxboro, offering 20 lanes with automatic scoring. Younger bowlers can use gutter bumper rails, and a bowling ramp is available for guests with physical challenges, making it workable for a range of ages and abilities. A pro shop sits right at the bowling counter for equipment needs, and an oversized LED screen stretching across all 20 lanes shows sports and lights up during cosmic bowling. On Friday nights, Late Knight Bowling runs from 10PM until close for $15.99. Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first served basis, though groups of 15 or more should call ahead to book.
