About this place
The Village Playspace is an indoor play space in Medford designed for children ages 0 to 6 to explore through open-ended play. Kids can climb on play structures, dig into sensory activities, engage in imaginative play, and get hands-on with messy craft projects, all in a socks-only, regularly cleaned environment. Parents get a lounge area with a snack bar where they can relax or chat with other caregivers while the kids play. The space hosts open play sessions as well as private birthday parties, classes, and special events, though weekend open play requires a reservation. Parking includes three spots out front plus street parking on Salem Street or nearby Town Hall lots.
