About this place

A visual arts museum in downtown Appleton where visitors of all ages engage with rotating exhibitions and creative programming. Families can view work by local, national, and international artists, join hands-on programs and classes, and attend community events throughout the year. The museum offers free admission through 2026. On-site, there is a café and gathering space called the Drinkery, and a shop selling artist-made goods and design items.

If you are a member here

A membership to The Trout Museum of Art carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in these programs.

Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
