The Retro Room

The Retro Room is an arcade bar and cafe in Key West that combines classic video games with a full drink menu. Kids and adults can play dozens of retro arcade games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Mortal Kombat, along with pinball and Guitar Hero, with most games free to play and larger machines costing $1. The venue also keeps hundreds of board and card games on hand, from old favorites like Operation and UNO to newer titles like Ticket to Ride and Terraforming Mars. Alongside the games, the space operates as a full bar with 24 rotating draft drinks, wine, sake, and espresso drinks, plus regular evening events and tournaments, so it leans more toward an adult hangout with arcade entertainment than a typical kids' arcade.
