The Oasis Arcade

Oasis Arcade is a downtown Wausau arcade with 35 arcade cabinets and 22 pinball tables (10 modern, 12 classic), plus Golden Tee and Big Buck Hunter on large screens, all lit up under neon TRON-style lighting on a themed area called The Grid. Kids under 21 are welcome only with an adult, and the venue switches to 21-and-over only after 7:00 PM, so it works best as an early-evening outing for families. Play is token-based rather than a flat all-day fee, with tokens sold three for a dollar. Adults can step into an attached bar area featuring a six-foot reef aquarium and specialty cocktails while kids play nearby. The arcade is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays, when it can be booked for private parties or events.
