Founded in 1906, the Historical Society of the Town Warwick believes that an understanding and appreciation of our historic heritage is essential to maintaining a unique and meaningful identity as a community. The mission of the Society is to preserve, share and celebrate the history of the Town of Warwick and its people, and to assure that this legacy is passed on to future generations. The Warwick Historical Society educates and engages a diverse public through a variety of programs, maintains 12 important landmark buildings and properties and a collection of thousands of items and artifacts, performs research and publishes historic records, identifies and encourages preservation of significant places and structures throughout the Town, and partners with other community organizations, keeping history alive for everyone.
A membership to The Historical Society of the Town of Warwick carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
