The Box Arcade is a retro-style arcade in historic downtown Van Buren, packed with classic arcade cabinets, pinball machines, air hockey, foosball, and vintage game consoles like Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Atari hooked up to TVs. Admission is $10 per person, tax included, and covers unlimited play for the day with no coins needed; leave and come back later and staff will stamp you so you don't pay again. It works well for kids' birthday parties and group events, with party packages built around 10 or 15 guests, a $5 discounted rate for extra guests, free admission for toddlers 5 and under, and two-liter Coca-Cola drinks included. It's open Friday 5 to 10 PM, Saturday noon to 10 PM, and Sunday 2 to 7 PM, and closed Monday through Thursday.
