About this place
Summerland Family Fun Park is an outdoor amusement park with go-kart tracks that stretch over 1,000 feet with banked turns, plus a shorter 250-foot track designed for beginner racers ages 3 to 8. Kids and families can also putt through two 18-hole mini golf courses, one with a bear theme and water traps, and a newer adventure course featuring larger greens and story boards about Minnesota lakes. Other attractions include bumper boats, an arcade, four batting cages with adjustable pitching machines for baseball and softball, and a four-story waterslide that requires riders to be at least 40 inches tall, along with an included inflatable slide. Open since 1985 and still locally owned, the park is geared toward group outings, birthday parties, and team practice sessions in addition to regular family visits.
