The South Arkansas Arts Center is the cultural link for people living in South Arkansas and North Louisiana. Because it is SAAC’s mission to educate and entertain it provides monthly gallery exhibits featuring local, regional and nationally acclaimed artists, a season of community theater productions annually, classes for children and adults in visual arts, photography, ballet, music, and drama on site as well as Artists-in-Education in area schools. SAAC’s 22,500 facility houses three art galleries, a ballet studio, a 206 seat theater, a scene and costume shop, a photography studio, educational classroom space, and an open studio for artists offered free of charge to anyone in the community
A membership to South Arkansas Arts Center carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
