About this place
Skateville is a long-running family rollerskating rink in Burnsville that has been hosting kids and families for more than 40 years. Skaters roll around Minnesota's only maple rotunda floor, a curved wooden surface of over 14,000 square feet, and can rent rollerskates or inline skates in sizes from toddler through adult. Beginners can rent a "Skate Mate" helper to steady themselves, and certified instructors teach lessons for both new and advanced skaters. Between sessions, kids can play more than 40 arcade games, from air hockey to prize cranes, earning tickets to redeem for toys in the Stuff Shop, and grab pizza, hot dogs, or other snacks at the on-site snack bar. The rink also hosts birthday parties and group events, and is located just off I-35W at Highway 13.
