About this place
Skate Zone 71 is an indoor roller skating rink in Columbus that hosts open skate sessions, birthday parties, and school field trips for kids and adults alike. Skating instructors are on hand to help beginners learn to skate, and the rink also has a large arcade, a laser tag arena, and a full-service cafe serving snacks and drinks. Regular themed sessions include Friday Night Lights glow skating with music and games (admission $13) and an 18-and-up Thursday adult skate. Families need to fill out an online waiver before entering, bags are checked at the door, and outside food and drinks, including water bottles, are not allowed since the cafe covers refreshments. Skate rentals and card-operated lockers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
