About this place
Skate Waco is a family-run roller rink that has been part of the local skating scene since 1996, offering public skating sessions along with birthday parties, private events and skating lessons. During family sessions kids can join in games like the Hokey Pokey and limbo alongside regular skating, and skate rentals range from juvenile size 8-9 up to adult size 14 for those without their own gear. A snack bar on site serves pizza, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, popcorn, chips, candy and drinks including Pepsi products. Adults accompanying skaters pay a $5 spectator fee that includes a large drink, and skaters age 11 and under must have a parent present at all public sessions. Heelys are not allowed, but skaters may bring their own clean, well-maintained inline or roller skates.
