About this place
Sacco's Bowl Haven is a historic candlepin bowling alley in Somerville that has been in operation since 1939, when the Sacco family first opened it as one of several lanes they ran across the area. Kids can bowl candlepin style, a New England variant with smaller pins and balls, while parents grab a bite at the American Flatbread pizza restaurant that now shares the space. The combination of old-school bowling lanes and a casual pizzeria makes it a relaxed spot for a family outing rather than a themed arcade or bumper-lane setup. Specific details on pricing, hours, or age restrictions for lanes are not included in the available material.
