Free or discounted entry for members of AZA Reciprocal Admissions.
A zoo in Tucson with animals from different regions of the world. Families can watch giraffes being fed by staff, ride a carousel or miniature railway, and play on an interactive playground designed around different continents. The zoo opens at 8 a.m. and typically takes about two hours to visit. Visitors can purchase tickets online or at the gate. Behind-the-scenes tours are available if booked in advance, and the zoo runs education programs for school groups and offers outreach visits to classrooms with animal ambassadors.
A membership to Reid Park Zoo carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
