Free or discounted entry for members of ACM Reciprocal Network.
Phelps Youth Pavilion is an interactive children's museum in Waterloo, Iowa, featuring over 40 hands-on exhibits where visitors of all ages can milk a life-size cow, drive a tractor through a Grant Wood painting, and test their skill at digital finger painting. The pavilion encourages children to explore music, language, and culture from other countries through interactive displays. Creative classes and workshops in drawing, painting, pottery, jewelry making, and digital arts are available for kids ages 3 and up, as well as families, teens, and adults.
A membership to Phelps Youth Pavilion carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
