Phelps Youth Pavilion is an interactive children's museum in Waterloo, Iowa, featuring over 40 hands-on exhibits where visitors of all ages can milk a life-size cow, drive a tractor through a Grant Wood painting, and test their skill at digital finger painting. The pavilion encourages children to explore music, language, and culture from other countries through interactive displays.
