A museum documenting aviation and military history at Pendleton Army Airfield from its founding in 1941 onwards. The collection covers the airfield's earlier role as an airmail hub from 1930, the bomber squadrons and maintenance groups that operated there during World War II, and its modern use by the National Guard and regional airport. Visitors can see aircraft and learn about the people and units connected to the site's history. The museum is volunteer-run, and families should call ahead to confirm opening times or arrange group tours.
A membership to Pendleton Air Museum carries reciprocal admission, so the same card is worth free or discounted entry at other places in this program.
Reciprocal programs are built for travel and most exclude places close to the one where you hold your membership, so this is worth the most when you are away from home. How reciprocal memberships work
