About this place
North Shore Ice Arena is an ice rink facility in Northbrook with a full-size NHL rink and a smaller studio rink about half that size. The NHL rink can be booked in full or split into two halves for separate group bookings, which makes it useful for hockey teams, lessons, or families organizing their own ice time. The arena runs hockey camps and clinics throughout the year, with schedules posted on its site for those looking to sign kids up. Ice time is booked and paid for online in advance, and reservations are non-refundable once made. The rink is open Monday through Friday from 6am to 10pm and weekends from 7am to 10pm.
