About this place
North Canton Skate Center is a roller rink that has been open since 1960, offering skating sessions with music for beginners through experienced skaters, plus inline and quad skate rentals and a pro shop that sells and repairs skates. Since adding an Entertainment Center in 2013, kids can also try laser tag in a 3,300 square foot arena, a rock wall with three difficulty levels (weight limit 40-250 lbs), bumper cars (36 inch height requirement), a laser maze, trampoline basketball, and an arcade with more than 80 video and pinball games where tickets can be redeemed for prizes. Saturday mornings from 9:00 to 10:00 am there are beginner and advanced skating classes for $5 per person, including skate rental, with no registration needed. The venue hosts birthday parties and group events for schools, churches, and corporate outings. Public skating runs Friday evenings, Saturday afternoon and evening, and Sunday afternoon, and socks are required for skating and trampoline basketball while closed-toed shoes are required for the rock wall.
